Yesterday, the National Honors Society went on a cruise to Chelsea Piers as celebration of the graduating seniors in that program. we had a lot of fun. The weather was nice and everything except the fact that it was really windy. Atleast it didn't rain like the day before!

I woke up at 7 A.M. in the morning, called someone to make sure they're up on time to meet at 36 street as we promised byu 9:00 A.M. Me, Amy and Ding Ding went to the 8 ave station to meet up and then we took the N train all the way to 36th street where we waited for the others to show up. Teresa was there before us =X and the three of us were next. Then Eric showed up and finally JJ, Qua Qua, Tiffany  respectively. We stayed in the station past 9 a bit because we waited for Mary too. JoJo, who thought 36th street was in manhatten took the train all the way to manhatten and realized there was NO 36th street and got off at 23rd street manhatten  and just walked to the piers himself. =.="

Mary came around 9:15 if not a little late XD Then we took the D train all the way to 23rd street in Manhatten and transferred to the C train (I think) all the way to 8th ave and 23rd street in manhatten. We walked 3 avenues to Chelsea Piers where we also happen to meet other friends. We went to Chelsea Piers and took some pictures of the ship we were going to board and my friends. I took quite a lot of pictures because this is our last year and I'll probably never see a lot of people after we graduate. Here are some pictures below:

These were the kinds of food we ate. They were pretty good. The alfredo sauce was really nice with the pasta!

Overall, the trip was exciting and fun. It was my first time out at sea and I got a good look at the city I never really explored and noticed a lot of things I've never knew even though I've lived in this city for 18 years of my life. Although the trip was a little scary at first with the ship wobbling back and forth and the strong wind beating around, making you feel like you just might fall down somewhere, it was nice to be with everyone. I probably won't ever forget this time. Ahh... I'll definitly remember when I look back at all these pictures!

WAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been so long since I've wrote here again.... maybe it's because I have nothing to do...

Today, when I found out Hillary won Texas, Ohio and Rhode Island, I was really really happy ^_^ I knew she would catch up! That showed all those people who asked her to drop out because she didn't have a chance! >=O

But if you think about it, isn't 2008 a really really life changing year? No matter who wins the presidential election, there will be a change that the United States never been through.. We'll either have our first woman president, our first black president, or our oldest president as of yet (McCain). That's really cool! But anyway. politics was never really my thing... so moving on. 

Tomorrow will be the National Honors Society Induction Ceremony at Fort. It's going to be so fun even though the ceremony will probably be really boring ^_^" As seniors, we just sit in the front of the auditorium and get a few second of spotlight. As for the Junior members, they will come in on the side carrying candles.. just like what we did last year. *sigh* how nostalgic!! I remember how pretty the candles looked in the darkness of the auditorium... This year, Eric (Anime Guy - nickname for him because his hair is styled like it's anti gravity and reminds me of Cloud from FFVII ! XD)

I wonder who the Honorary Member this year will be.... The Honorary Member is a teacher the E-board from NHS selects and awards for his or her dedication to teaching. I think I know who it is already and I'm really happy because I think they made the right choice. Last year, the winner was Mrs. Kennedy, one of our chemistry teachers at Fort Hamilton High School. She was the best and she totally deserved the award!!! We all loved her ^_^ I will always remember her dedication to us students no matter whether it's after school, during school or even during her lunch period. Not to forget to mention, she has a great fun personality!

After the ceremony will be the reception where there will be lots and lots of.......... FOOD!!!!!!!!!  =DDDDD

I think I'll bring my camera tomorrow. It's the last year afterall.. I want to snap some memorable moments with a lot of people!

I want to: write fanfics, draw fanart, read manga all day, watch some good anime, watch some sad tragical drama because I'm weird like that, paint, learn to play Canon on the piano, and so much more!!! So much to do but so little time!!

The AP exams are coming up in the first two weeks of May... This year will be so crazy. My four AP exams are so close to each other...=[

They raised the AP exam fee.. now it's $84 per exam.. multiply that by 4 and you get...... $336 for 4 exams that I will do awful in.. wonderful...... BUT!!!!!!! I am poor enough to get....... FEE WAIVERS!!!!!!! so........ it becomes $30 each exam... and therefore........ total of $120 dollars...... This money will come out of my chinese new year money X_X I already used $85 for graduation...... I'm already going broke in just a month from Chinese New Year!!! Shucks.

I have nothing better to do today because I was stuck it the library for 3 periods after finishing all my classes, just to wait for 3:45 p.m. to go to rehearsal for the ceremony tomorrow. To be honest, the rehearsal was a disaster... so messy and no one seem to know what they're doing. I just hope everything will turn out for the better tomorrow.

I'm just spewing random things out here. whatever comes to mind, I write. Just want to get these thoughts out! So when I look back to this journal years from now, I'll remember these things.... ^^

Yesterday night, I went to Atlantic City for a Concert. I have to say, this concert was much better than the last one i went to. There were much more fans and claps.

Before the concert event (which starts at 1:20 a.m.) we dropped our stuff in our hotel room in the casino. There was one room that was really really cool. They had a big big jacuzzi (sp?)in the bathroom that is big enough for you to sleep in!  They also had a toilet for MEN especially!! Here is what i mean:

NOW, it's time for the concert update. WAIT, before that, something funny happened. We were getting ready to enter when i got distracted by a poster for our concert. I was looking at it and then i thought the person next to me was my cousin so i put my hand on his shoulder and gave him a few pats. XD BUT! it wasn't! He seemed like he was running away from me... (he probably thought i was hitting on him hahahahahhaha) I was sooooooo embarrassed. My family and I couldn't stop laughing XD. My sister even leaned on him cuz she thought he was our cousin too! lol!

Anyways, here a picture of the concert (started at around 1:20 a.m. - 3 something A.M.) We sat kinda far so we couldn't see his face very well. But his name is Chris Wong. I really liked his voice. His songs were good too. He told a lot of jokes and kid around with the fans who came on stage to give him something. It was a great concert =) I wish the ppl in the auditorium was more enthusiastic though...

After the concert, we went back to our hotel room and while my mom, aunt, and my other aunt slept, Ying, my sister and I went to the bed and played chinese poker nearly all through the night. Then, we partied with some junk food and called room service for some soda. When the room service guy came, i was lying on the bed getting ready to play my cards lol. He was looking at me with the "gambling this late at night?" look. It was funny. We just gave him tips and wished him a Merry Christmas and off he went. I THINK we slept around 5 a.m. because i had no clue.... The next morning, we woke up at around 10 a.m. and went to the beach behind our casino hotel since the Hotel's buffet didn't open yet (it opens at noon). When it was almost time for lunch, we went to Trump Marina where we had our lunch. The food there was good.. but it was sooooooooooo expensive!!! With about 12 ppl, it cost over $300 for a buffet. We ate there anyways. The food was pretty good. The service was nice too.

After lunch, we just wandered around the casino for a while... our uncles went to gamble a bit for fun =)

WAH!!! It's been almost two months since i updated? X_X

This summer, I'm working! =)

I got a job from SYEP to work at Lutheran Hospital on 58 street and 3rd Ave. The outside of the building looks old and shabby, but the inside is very nice and clean =) I like it a lot! The people are nice.. and best of all.. what i'm doing is office work, so its an easy and comfortable job... they also have AC! +D

My lunch hour is from 1:00 - 1:30.. i could have an hour lunch but... i prefer 30 minutes because inside the hospital, there's really not much to do.. so what's the point of getting an hour lunch and just sit around at the cafeteria and wait till the hour passes?

For now, I've been doing sorting.. and yesterday, I started on some computer work.. it was fun.. and after a while.. your fingers get use to typing the #s without looking heheheheeheh... I was on roll! and my supervisor thought i was crazy cuz i finished faster than any of the workers in that department. =P

As for today, I went to SYEP workshop from 9-12.  We played some name memorizing game which was fun but I had a lot of trouble memorizing people's names since i have sucha bad memory... Overall, I had a good time! ^_^

Tomorrow's back to work! On Friday evening, I will be going to Great Wolf Lodge in Pennsylvania again... XD
